At Bull Proof Pty, we stand by the durability of our fashion; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
